Publishing Schedule
The Festival Review publishes a new issue each quarter. Issues are available online for free. If funding permits, we will seek print publication in the future. To submit, please check our Submittable page throughout the year for calls for submissions.
Author Rights
Authors retain exclusive rights to their work to publish elsewhere. The Festival Review retains the right to publish in perpetuity in any format any submitted work that is accepted for publication online or in print in our magazine. We pay a small stipend for each work accepted and published in our quarterly issues. We do not currently offer compensation for chapbook articles.

Some book reviews are made possible by complimentary Advanced Reader Copies provided through various publishers, often in partnership with Net Galley and Edelweiss+, in exchange for honest reviews. Complimentary reader copy reviews are labeled.
